By using p0lka.me, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, the simplest fix is to not use the site — nothing here requires an account.

What this site does (and doesn't) do

p0lka.me is an informational and marketing site. It does not currently process payments or store payment information. Where a "Buy" or "Shop" action is shown, it either links out to a third-party platform (currently Redbubble) that handles the transaction under its own terms. The storefront is a catalog of those live third-party listings, not a separate p0lka checkout.

Purchases happen elsewhere

Any order you place is a transaction with the third-party platform you're redirected to, not with p0lka directly. That platform's own terms of service, refund policy, and customer support apply — for Redbubble orders specifically, see their Return and Exchange Policies. p0lka doesn't control pricing, fulfillment, shipping, or returns on those platforms.

Age and eligibility

This site is intended for users who are at least 16 years old. If you're younger than that, please don't use this site or send personal information through the contact page. Any purchase made through a linked third-party platform is also subject to that platform's own age and eligibility requirements.

Acceptable use

Designs sold under the p0lka name are original works of parody, commentary, and internet-culture humor, created and offered in that spirit rather than to imitate or pass themselves off as any other brand. Don't use this site to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with its operation, or to misrepresent your affiliation with p0lka.

Intellectual property

Designs, the p0lka wordmark, and original site content belong to the operator. You may browse and share links to this site; you may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell the designs or site content without permission.

Third-party links

This site links to platforms it doesn't control (Redbubble, TeePublic, Zazzle, and others). We're not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

No warranty, limitation of liability

This site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator isn't liable for damages arising from your use of this site or any linked third-party platform.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator resides, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or use of this site will be resolved under that law.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
