p0lka is an independent, personal project operated by Kyla Kaplan. It is not a registered company. This page identifies who runs the site and sets out a few basic terms of use, separate from the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

What this site is

p0lka is an actively operated apparel and sticker brand: the operator designs original text-based graphics and sells them as physical products. This site is p0lka's home online — it's not a temporary redirect or a placeholder for something else.

Fulfillment currently runs through established print-on-demand platforms (primarily Redbubble); this site links to those listings but does not itself process payments yet. A direct storefront with its own checkout, backed by Gelato for production and fulfillment, is in development — see the storefront for its current status.

No affiliation

p0lka is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Redbubble, TeePublic, Zazzle, Pinterest, or any other platform linked from this site. Each of those platforms operates under its own separate terms, which govern any transaction made there.

The designs, wordmark, and site content on p0lka.me are original work of the operator unless otherwise noted, and are not licensed for reproduction, redistribution, or resale without permission.
